Martha was approaching her retirement age and began feeling a level anxiety she never felt before.  Her 401k planner was having a class that she was interested in attending.  She found herself frozen in fear as she had her head in the sand in terms of her retirement plan.  She was dealing with major financial overwhelm about her social security and 401k plan.  When she got to the bottom of her financial fear, she realized it was more due to her financial history and childhood.
